We value the health and the safety of communities who could stand to gain from the use of products. We are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding these THC products for the sake of educating and improving our local communities and the great state of Oklahoma as a whole.
There are many reasons to choose THC. It’s an organic compound that can help improve quality of life for people through safe and natural means.
On June 26th, 2018, Oklahoma approved the legalization of medical marijuana with the passing of State Question 788.
The law makes registration mandatory. However, with no list of approved conditions, it is one of the most nonrestrictive medical marijuana programs in the U.S. To apply, applicants must be 18 years or older and obtain a signature from a board-certified physician. Exceptions can also be made for applicants who are minors. Applicants under 18 years of age may receive a license if they obtain application signatures from two physicians, as well as their parent or legal guardian.
The cost of a two-year license is $100. Patients visiting Oklahoma from other legal states may apply for a 30-day temporary license in Oklahoma at the cost of $100. The law also establishes a 7% tax on the sales of medical marijuana.
Those with a state-issued medical marijuana license can possess three ounces of marijuana on their person. License holders may possess six mature marijuana plants, six seedlings and one ounce of concentrated marijuana. They are also allowed to have eight ounces of marijuana and seventy-two ounces of edible marijuana in their residence.
